Subsea Ball Valves
Deepstar Subsea Ball Valves can be of either the Floating or Trunnion design, available in various sizes and pressure classes.

Subsea Stab Connection Systems
Deepstar Subsea Hot Stabs & Receptacles provide a means of transferring fluid subsea. They are mainly used for installation, intervention, and completion purposes on subsea well head components.

Subsea Control Panel & Manifold Systems
Deepstar Subsea Control Panels are designed to meet customer requirements, compact designed manifolds are used where possible.

Deepstar Subsea can supply systems combining stab assemblies, hydraulic circuitry, electrical connectors, ball valves and needle valves with R.O.V. Interfaces.
Pig Lock Systems
Pig lock / stop systems are installed on the outside of the pipework, the pig lock incorporates a stop pin which protrudes into the bore of the pipe work and holds the pig in place.
When the pig is required to be released the pin can be retracted by using the ROV or diver friendly mechanical interface.
Pig lock / stop can also be used as a safety feature to prevent pigs being accidently fired.
Subsea Pumps & Pressurisation Assemblies
The system allows the R.O.V. To connect its hydraulic power supply to the subsea pressurising pump. The pump and drive have their own subsea compensating system.
The pump is a robust design used in deep water projects for over 10 years. Pump output flow and pressure is dependent on power available from the R.O.V.
Torque Tools
The Deepstar Subsea API 17H/D Torque Tool is manufactured to comply with Class 1-4 Rotary Torque Interfaces as described in ISO 13628-8:2002 Figures 14 & 18, Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) Interfaces on Subsea Production Systems.
The Torque Tool has a maximum torque of 2700Nm and can be designed to suit ROV or Diver intervention.
